HUMAN RESOURCES DIRECTOR

Casey Smith serves as the Human Resources Director at Smoky Mountain Children’s Home. He is an Ordained Bishop with the Church of God having served the church as Lead Pastor, State Director of Christian Education, and Vice President of International Programs at Operation Compassion. He also brings a strong history of leadership as an insurance agent-owner, broker, and advisor at one of the world’s largest financial groups.

He received his Bachelor of Science from Lee University, a Master’s of Religious Education from the Rawlings School of Divinity at Liberty University, and a Master’s of Business Administration from the Jack Welch Management Institute at Strayer University. Additionally, he is credentialed through the Society for Human Resource Management as a Senior Certified Professional. Casey is married to Anne. He has two stepsons and two adopted sons, one of whom was adopted through the Smoky Mountain Children's Home in 2007.
